Employer Responsibilities

• Pay freelancers according to your agreement.
• Respond to freelancer questions about scope.
• Do not request unpaid test tasks that exploit labor.

Freelancer Responsibilities

• Publish services and portfolios you own or control.
• Apply to jobs you intend to complete.
• Deliver work on the agreed timeline and scope.
• Maintain professional communication with employers.

Projects and Services

• Employers post projects or jobs for freelancers to apply to.
• Freelancers list services and set prices and timelines.
• All agreements, deliverables, and revision terms occur between parties.
• IConnect and Convert may remove listings that breach these terms.

Payments

• Pay through approved payment methods on the site.
• Fees appear before checkout.
• Employers release payment after they approve completed work.
• Do not send payments outside the platform for active projects.
• Failed or disputed payments may pause the project.

Prohibited Actions

• No fraud or identity misrepresentation.
• No posting false job listings or fake services.
• No harassment or threats toward other users.
• No actions that disrupt site functions or security.

Intellectual Property

• Upload content only when you own rights or have permission.
• Once an employer pays in full, ownership of delivered work transfers to the employer unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
• Platform content, logos, and trademarks remain the property of IConnect and Convert or third party owners.

Disputes

• Try to resolve issues with direct communication first.
• Submit unresolved disputes to support with evidence.
• IConnect and Convert reviews disputes and acts based on platform rules and evidence provided.

Account Suspension and Termination

• We suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
• We remove accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
• Terminated accounts lose access to services and funds as described in platform policies.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the site and services as-is. Use of the site is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect losses or third party acts related to use of the platform.

Privacy

Changes to Terms
